TweetCraft Pro respects your privacy, so we are transparent about our privacy practices. If you do not agree to any part of this privacy policy, or to the Terms of Service, then you may not use TweetCraft Pro.

TweetCraft Pro collects minimal data to provide our services:

• Account Information: If you create an account, we store your email address and encrypted password for authentication purposes.
• Saved Custom Profiles: Mock profile details you create and save (such as display names, usernames, and avatar URLs) are stored securely in our database for your convenience.
• Generated Content: We do not store or log the tweet images you generate. All generation happens in your browser.
• Canva Integration Data: If you use the "Save to Canva" feature, we collect encrypted authentication tokens to facilitate the upload.

If you use the "Save to Canva" feature, TweetCraft Pro will authenticate with your Canva account via OAuth 2.0. We collect and store an encrypted Access Token and Refresh Token to facilitate this connection. These tokens are used strictly to upload your generated tweet images to your personal Canva media library at your request. We do not read, modify, or delete any other data in your Canva account. You may revoke this access at any time via your Canva account settings.

Cookies are small text files put onto your computer by websites. TweetCraft Pro uses minimal cookies strictly necessary for functionality:

• Authentication: Session cookies to keep you logged in if you have an account.
• Theme Preference: Local storage to remember your light/dark mode preference.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

TweetCraft Pro uses Vercel Analytics to collect basic, anonymized data about how users interact with our website. This provides us information about:

• Number of page views and visitors
• General geographic regions (country-level)
• Device types and browsers
• Referral sources

Vercel Analytics is a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individual users across sites. We only see aggregated, anonymous data and cannot identify individual users.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices:

• Account Data: User profiles and authentication credentials are stored in Supabase with encryption at rest.
• Integration Tokens: If you connect Canva, your encrypted Access and Refresh tokens are stored in our secure database protected by Row Level Security (RLS), ensuring only you can access them.
• Passwords: Hashed using secure algorithms - we never store plain text passwords.
• Transmission: All connections to TweetCraft Pro are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

We retain your account data for as long as you have an active account. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@tweetcraftpro.com. Upon request, we will delete your account and all associated profile data within 30 days.

TweetCraft Pro uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Database and authentication services. View their privacy policy.
• Vercel: Website hosting and analytics. View their privacy policy.
• Canva: We use the Canva Connect API to allow you to save designs. View their privacy policy.

TweetCraft Pro is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
